Setting the Compatibility Switches for your Leitner Wireless Headset

  1. On the underside of your charging base, there are two switches are three volume buttons on your headset:
  2. For 98% of phone systems, the smaller switch should be set to "RHL" and the larger switch should be set to "1"
  3. On certain setups, like Cisco phones, you'll want the larger switch set to "4"
  4. There's a lot of phone systems out there, so give us a call (1-800-432-3738) or send us an email to get the exact settings for your phone
