I ordered the Sennheiser OfficeRunner with the handset lifter and I love it. The headset is very lightweight and comfortable while the sound quality is amazing. So as far as my experience I give Headsets.com five stars.

The reason for replacing my previous headset was somehow an incompatibility with my Panasonic house telephone system developed over time. The Headsets.com people made that determination and despite my headset being out of warranty they offered to replace it with a "proper" AT&T headset. I installed the new unit and it's working perfectly. That's what I call great customer service.
